What is the weight limit for double wall cardboard boxes?
As a rough guideline, our standard double walled cardboard boxes can typically handle weights ranging from 5 to 30 kilograms. However, it’s important to note that these weight limits are approximate and can vary based on the specific construction of the box.

What is the difference between single wall and double wall carton box?
A box’s ‘wall’ is the corrugated cardboard from which it is made. A single wall is made from three layers of board; a central fluted layer sandwiched between two smooth outer layers. It is the fluted layer that gives the board its strength. Double walled boxes have two fluted layers, with a smooth layer between them, and two smooth outer layers. Due to this, double wall boxes are stronger and more rigid.
