The Sales Coordinator Role
You will be the vital link between our customers and internal teams. This fast-paced role involves handling inbound enquiries, processing orders, supporting external sales, and helping to identify new opportunities. The position is office-based, full-time, Monday to Friday (working 37.5 hours a week).
Sales Coordinator key Duties
- Manage and develop existing accounts
- Handle customer queries and provide solutions
- Administer sales orders/quotations, ensuring timely deliveries
- Use internal CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics)
- Liaise with logistics and procurement departments
- Promote and identify sales opportunities
- Support external sales team
What you need to bring
We seek an experienced individual with a successful track record in a fast-paced office role. Effective communication skills, both phone and email, and excellent administration abilities are essential. Commercial awareness and a target-driven mindset are beneficial. No prior packaging experience required; full training provided.
