The Fill-Air Rocket® inflatable void fill system, an air cushion solution designed specifically to meet the needs of modern fulfilment. Generating 30 metres of air pillows per minute, it’s a compact system which requires minimal space on your workstation or table tops.

A range of films are available to produce air bags in sizes 200 x 130mm, 200 x 200mm, 250 x 130mm, 250 x 200m, 300 x 130mm, 300 x 200mm, 200mm x 75mm, 250 x 75mm or 300mm x 75mm.

The Fill-Air® RF is a portable inflator for void fill air cushions which can be set up anywhere.  Easy to use, individual air pillows are inflated by inserting the nozzle into an extended valve on the air bag. As you can dispense the right amount of air for each package, it makes these air cushions a flexible option.

A range of air bag sizes are available to produce air cushions in sizes 230 x 280mm, 280 x 380mm, 360 x 460mm, 410 x 530mm, 460 x 580mm, 490 x 910mm or 910 x 1070mm.  Bags can be deflated and re-inflated after use.

Tubular, plastic stretch netting provides excellent protection against surface damage, scratches, scuffs and indentation in transit.

Vermiculite provides fireproof, lightweight void fill, which can easily be placed around irregular objects. Its high absorbency makes it an ideal packaging solution for liquid items and is UN approved for use in transporting hazardous materials.

When heated Vermiculite expands up to 30 times its original volume, converting into a granular material. It stands the full shock of impact, retaining full absorbency and protection.

Fibre-free and containing no irritants, Vermiculite does not require protective clothing in handling.
