Currently, lead times for custom printed tape ordered online are 10 working days from order to delivery.
When designing your bespoke tapes, you can use a variety of different file types with our packaging customisation tool. Options include:
- JPEG / PNG – graphics will be applied as they are in the file.
- SVG – SVG files will be applied as they are in the file. Vector elements will remain vectors, and any raster images in the file will remain raster.
- PDF – PDF files are handled dynamically depending on their content. Fully vector PDFs will remain vectors once uploaded. Full raster PDFs will remain raster. Mixed PDFs containing both raster and vector elements will be fully rasterized upon upload.
- EPS / AI – these file types will be rasterized when uploaded.
Currently, the maximum file size us 50MB. If your file size is low quality or too small, our tool will show a warning, highlighting that your print might not be good quality.
Yes, you can use our online packaging customiser tool to save your tape design, so you can reorder it in the future.
You’ll be able to review how your artwork will look using our customiser tool. You will need to ensure you are happy with the artwork before you place and pay for your order. Orders will be manufactured to the artwork you design or upload.
