Polythene pallet sheets are versatile, general-purpose plastic sheets designed to protect products from various factors, such as dust, dirt and moisture.
These sheets are unperforated, allowing them to be cut to the required size with a simple packing knife. This feature ensures maximum value and minimal packaging waste.
Polythene pallet top sheets serve as a protective barrier for pallets that have been stretch-wrapped.
Wrapping a loaded pallet with stretch film stabilises the pallet and offers protection against dust and moisture, but it can leave the top vulnerable. By incorporating a polythene sheet into your product, you can protect the pallet's top during transit and storage.
To apply the polythene sheet, begin by stretching the film to the top of the pallet. Then, place the sheet over it and add an additional layer of stretch film. This step ensures the polythene is securely held between the layers.

All our pallet top sheets are supplied centre folded. Our dimensions show the width of the sheet opened out.
Pallet top sheets are classified under the recyclability category 4 - LDPE. They usually cannot be recycled at home but can typically be recycled along with bags at large supermarkets. Please check local guidelines for up-to-date recycling information.
