Composite Packs

Composite Packs

Composite packs incorporate a range of materials, including timber, corrugated (cardboard), foam and barrier films to create packaging with precisely tailored features and protective performance.

Our composite packaging is designed and manufactured to bespoke sizes and specifications so that it is optimised for packing, shipping and storing a specific product or component. The durability of the outer container, combined with the cushioning performance of the foam inserts, makes composite packaging particularly suited to transporting heavy, bulky, expensive and specialist items.

Additional features can also enhance usability, such as integral pallets for handling, ramps to assist with unloading large products at their destination, and printed handling instructions and logos.
