Ice packs contain water that freezes into solid ice. When frozen, they behave much like ice cubes and are solid until they melt, they have a much quicker melting point than gel packs. Some Ice sheets are made up of smaller frozen squares, which means that they can be quite flexible to mould around the product you are shipping.
