Besides the range of standard sized pallet boxes, our manufacturing team can design and produce bespoke sized pallet boxes.

Our custom pallet boxes are sized to suit specific industrial products or parts, minimising transit damage and reducing transport and storage costs. Integral pallets allow for easy handling by forklift and pallet trucks, whilst the corrugated box utilises a carefully selected material for the appropriate level of product protection.

What we do

Macfarlane Packaging design, manufacture and supply a broad range of standard and bespoke pallet boxes, supplied throughout the UK and Europe.

We manufacture and supply the full range of 1/1 and 1/2 Europa and Container pallet boxes. We also design and produce custom pallet boxes to suit specific product or applications.

We do this through our well-equipped manufacturing sites, staffed by highly skilled operatives and supported by a team of expert industrial packaging designers.

We aim to fully understand our customers requirements, allowing us to design (if necessary) and supply the optimum pallet box for their specific requirements.

Key Features

All timber used is ISPM15 certified (being suitable for export).

Custom pallet boxes can be printed to include logos, instructions and handling symbols.

Optional lids and insets can further enhance performance.
