That’s why we have an easy-to-understand returns and exchanges policy for orders placed online at macfarlanepackaging.com.
Our policy aims to give you the peace of mind that all packaging materials you buy from macfarlanepackaging.com can be returned in their original, resalable condition in unspoilt packaging within 14 days and we will give you a full refund.
How to return an item
Step 1
Contact Us
Simply call the Macfarlanes' online customer care team on 0800 288 8822 for the UK or +353 (404) 37370 in Ireland between 9.00am and 5.00pm
Remember to quote your order number, account number and the reason for the return. (If you don't have your account number handy please quote your invoice address including your postcode).
Our customer service agents will confirm where you should return goods to. Alternatively, you can request a collection.
Step 2
Arrange the return of goods to the correct depot
Securely pack the goods you’re returning. You should include your order number details within the returns package, so we can correctly match it with
your return request.
Once the package is prepared, you should attach the returns address we have provided. You should then ship the goods to us.
We strongly recommend that you send your package via Royal Mail or UK Mail (or other reputable carrier). Please obtain a proof of postage as we cannot accept liability for returned goods that do not arrive.
Alternatively, we can arrange a collection, per step 1.
Please note: you will be required pay the postage for returning your items if they are not damaged or faulty and you have changed your mind about the order.
Step 3
Await your refund or exchange
Please allow 2-3 days for your package to reach us. We aim to attend to all returns within 24 hours.
On receipt of the goods we will issue a credit, exchange or refund to the total value of goods returned subject to the goods being returned in an unspoilt, saleable condition.
