How do I void fill a box?
Always choose the right size box to ship your products, you need to reduce the need for void filling as much as possible however, fragile items should be cushioned to prevent damage in transit. These can be wrapped individually in bubble wrap or packing paper.
For any space left in the box, add your void fill material to ensure there is no potential for products to move around in the pack. You can fill the void with materials such as air pillows, loosefill (packing peanuts) or packing paper.
Be sure not to overfill the box as this can reduce the shock absorption properties of the protective materials.
