Vacuum Formed Trays

Vacuum formed trays, although often used for consumer packaging are also a great solution for handling and storage of industrial parts and products.

Designed using a mould that ensures specific products fit perfectly within the vac-formed trays, they can be used within outer tote boxes or euro containers. Doing this improves part density (you can fit more products per container) and significantly improves protection by preventing the movement of contents during handling.
