Airsac® – Wine & Beer

Airsac for wine and beer is a type of inflatable packaging. It is supplied flat and you inflate it using compressed air or a simple hand pump. The bags form a secure and cushioning way to package bottles of wine, beer, champagne, spirits or non-alcoholic beverages that are in glass bottled.

Made of 98% air and 2% plastic, Airsacs offer a high degree of protection, absorbing knocks, shocks and impacts during shipping. In practice, they have been shown to virtually eliminate bottle breakages. Many of them also contain 50% recycled content too!

Our wine and beer Airsacs will mould around your bottles, providing superior pretention, keeping them damage free when you ship them to your customers.

Airsac beer and wine packaging is available in a variety of sizes.

You can shop wine Airsac bags and packaging kits for one, two, three, six or 12 bottles. They safely accommodate bottles that hold up to 75cl of liquid. You can also choose a magnum Airsac bag, that’s great for magnums of wine and champagne, or 1 litre glass bottles.

If you need need to pack smaller bottles, beer Airsac bags and kits are available for three, six and 12 bottles. You can pack bottles up to 500l in our beer packaging.

Airsac wine and beer bags are a bag-only option – just the inflatable protector. If you opt for an Airsac wine kit or beer kit, you will get the inflatable Airsac with a sturdy outer shipping box.
