Designed and manufactured to custom sizes, wooden shipping containers can also utilise foams and other materials to improve protection during transit. Other configurable features include doors, lifting eyes, handles, integral pallets and even ramps for loading and unloading products. 

Cost effective, ISPM15 certified plywood and timber battens provide strength and durability and are suitable for export. 

What we do

The design and manufacturing division of Macfarlane Packaging is one of the largest suppliers of industrial packaging in the UK. 

We have extensive in-house manufacturing capabilities, where we convert corrugated cardboard, Correx®, various foams, timber and other specialist materials into industrial packaging products. 

Our design team and approach – gaining a full understanding of our customers’ requirements, market and challenges – allows us to create composite and specialist products not available anywhere else.
