The PadPak Light Cushioning converter forms 20 or 25 kg fanfold kraft paper into a cushioning pad.

The PadPak paper cushioning system forms into a protective, shock-absorbing paper pad, using a patented folding and stitching process. A unique converter design, with five different modes of operations, allows both batch-mode applications and on-demand pad production.

PadPak LC is well-suited to fast-paced packing environments as it can produce paper pads quickly and efficiently.

The paper cushioning converter is ideal for lightweight cushioning. This paper cushioning system is a fantastic alternative to Paperjet, Paperjet Fit and Smart Cushion systems.
