Plastazote® foam is a versatile polyethylene foam produced as a byproduct of oil and manufactured by Zotefoams. 

Plastazote® foam is lightweight, non-toxic, and odourless. It can be washed, disinfected, and wiped clean and has excellent chemical resistance to moist oils, solvents, acids, and alkalis. It is weatherproof, has good ultraviolet stability, and is durable, rigid, and flexible. It recovers repeatedly from impacts, making it an excellent material for all protective packaging needs. 

Plastazote® foam has been used in many industries, including aerospace, construction, healthcare, and automotive.
