How do I make a complaint to Macfarlane Packaging?

If you’re unhappy with Macfarlane Packaging’s product or services, and would like to make a complaint, there are several ways you can do so. These include:

  • Via Trustpilot – you can leave reviews on our Trustpilot page.  

  • Via LiveChat – you can speak to our customer service agents during working hours – from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.  

Our team aim to acknowledge any formal complaints within two working days and resolve them within 7 working days, subject to the nature of the complaint.
