I haven't received an order confirmation email. What should I do?

Order confirmation emails are triggered automatically when you place an order on macfarlanepackaging.com.

 

If you haven’t received yours, there’s a few things you can do:

 

  • Log into your account to check you placed your order successfully

  • Double check your email was spelt correctly when you placed your order

  • Check your junk folders, to see if the order confirmation was filtered by your order software. If this has happened, you may want to try adding our order confirmation email address (customercare@macfarlanepackaging.com) to your safe sender list. How you do this will depend on the email software you use.

 

If you have tried these things and still cannot find your order confirmation, please call our team for further support.
