Double Wall Cardboard Boxes 

Double wallboxes are cardboard boxes that are made from a two layer of corrugated cardboard.

The corrugated cardboard is made from two wavy layerer of paper (the “fluting”) sandwiched between three flat pieces of liner paper.

Double wall cardboard boxes are ideal for packing heavier or high value items, as they’re strong, durable and provide enhanced protection.

Our standard double walled boxes are our core range of FEFCO 0201 boxes, featuring top and bottom flaps that need sealing with packing tape.

A standard double wall cardboard box has one, fixed depth. For example, it might be 500mm deep.

In contrast, a multi-depth double wall box has scores on the inside that allow you to cut it down to your required depth.
